Beef salad is simply a favorite at home, especially when I want something light yet flavorful. This version with edamame and lime has a delightful freshness that makes it perfect for weekdays and weekends.
It’s inspired by Asian flavors and is packed with vegetables. The cilantro adds a hint of freshness, and the edamame beans provide both texture and protein. Trust me, this is a salad you’ll make again and again!
