- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
Instructions
Make the pasta by kneading the dough together with your fingers. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Then use a pasta machine and work your way gradually up to thin sheets. You can alternatively use a rolling pin, but I recommend buying a pasta machine, because once you get the hang of this, you'll (probably) never buy store-bought pasta again 🙂
Then you can make tagliatelle, vermicelli, etc., depending on which dish you're making.
Notes
The recipe is per person but makes quite a bit of pasta. Multiply the ingredients according to the number of servings.
