Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 200 g homemade pasta
- 2-3 dl tomato sauce
- 50 g finely grated parmesan for topping
- Simple salad
Instructions
Start with the pasta and let it rest. Brown the ground beef and add the tomato sauce. Let it simmer while you heat water for the pasta.
Homemade pasta needs quite a short cooking time, so remember to taste after 1 or 2 minutes.
Serve the pasta first with the meat sauce and parmesan on top, with salad on the side.
Notes
The tomato sauce can be blended with an immersion blender for a smoother texture. Use homemade pasta for the best results.
