Ingredients
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs mild chili
- A little finely chopped garlic
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 pcs spring onion, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- A splash of milk
- A little butter
Instructions
Start by chopping the chili, garlic, and spring onion and add them to the pan on low heat with a little butter.
Beat 2 eggs with a little milk using a fork and pour into the pan. Add the finely chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low heat and stir regularly. When the eggs start to set, they're done.
Serve on toasted bread (absolutely amazing on rye bread!) and eat immediately!
Notes
Tip: Cooking on low heat gives silky smooth eggs - don't overcook!
