- 200 g mature cheese, e.g., blue cheese or brie
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Start by making the mustard dressing for the gravad lax. Mix mustard, sugar, and sour cream in a small bowl. Set aside.
For the potato salad, dice the boiled potatoes and mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For the flatbread rolls, spread cream cheese on the flatbreads, place cured ham on top, and roll tightly. Cut into suitable pieces.
In a bowl, combine olives, olive oil, and thyme. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
