Ingredients
- 1 pizza base straight from the freezer per person
- 0.5 tub creme fraiche per pizza
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- 0.5 chili pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Good quality cured ham
- Blue cheese
- Mushrooms
- Red onion
- Arugula
Instructions
Set the oven to maximum temperature with fan setting. Mix garlic, chili, oregano, salt and pepper together with the creme fraiche and let it sit for a bit while you slice the mushrooms and red onion.
Spread the creme fraiche mixture over the pizza base, distribute mushrooms, onion and blue cheese on the pizza. Bake for 6-10 minutes, until you see that the pizza base is darker in color and the toppings are nicely cooked.
Remove the pizza from the oven and distribute the ham over it, add plenty of arugula and serve.
Notes
Tip: Use homemade pizza bases straight from the freezer for best results.
