Ingredienser
- 3 dl wheat flour
- 1 dl water
- 0.5 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Fremgangsmåte
Mix wheat flour, water, dry yeast, salt and olive oil together into a dough. The dough should be slightly sticky but not gooey, so you’ll need to feel your way to the right consistency.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
Use the dough as a base for baguettes, focaccia, pizza or other light doughs that shouldn’t be sweet.
